the rings of fortune are also needed if you want to max both titles at the same time or to reach a certain tier of both without wasting any tickets. you got to use a combination of both games.
this pic is from the first event and the sample size isnt very large yet, but it is proof that the random generator is pretty reliable if it can be predicted with 99.9% accuracy.
